What chair mat is really good just as they described. We will see if it lasts as long as they claim. Communication was very poor and caused some frustrations.

Originally the wrong mat was sent. I contacted them via chat and the live person took my concern and within a week the correct mat was received. Mistakes happen, but not all companies correct the mistakes like they did. Very impressed and will order more mats in the future.

I can’t tell you how much money I have wasted on cheaply made chair mats. I work from home and work 10-12 hours per day and run a business. I wish that I found these mats years ago and saved the money on buying those poor products. Get a Bison Mat! You won’t be disappointed.

I am a heavier person, my office has thicker carpet and paadding. I have tried multiple mats over years, in time they have shattered and cracked. So far this Mat seems like it will perform as expected.
